The Kinda team comprise of Directors and Facilitators and Volunteers. With our array of facilitators and volunteers, we are 36 as of Sept 2023.
Standardised induction takes place for all staff, including volunteers.There is a mixture of L3 and L2 forest school staff, qualified teachers, speech and language therapists and those who are working towards a qualification.

I have a personal love of the outdoors that started as soon as I could walk. My childhood was one of den-building, wild-swimming, mud-love, climbing (on pretty much anything), fascination with plants, animals and insects and elaborate games amongst the trees
